Oldach Associates Inc. established in Puerto Rico is a locally owned Top 300 Company as per the Caribbean Business newspaper. Our company is dedicated to the distribution of refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation equipment, parts and supplies meeting the needs of residential, commercial and industrial markets in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Our team of engineers and highly experienced sales personnel work in coordination with consultants and contractors to help evaluate, recommend and get the required equipment, parts and or supplies as well as to meet the budgets for each project. We represent a wide range of manufacturers from which we can order special equipment, parts and/or supplies as per our customer's specifications. Also we count with a division specializing in ventilation equipment for pharmaceutical companies. Our mission is to serve our customers needs with high quality products, prompt and excellent service by staying close to our clients, knowing their needs, keeping aware of the changes and new products in the market and make those accessible and available to them at competitive prices. The founder of our company, Mr. John Oldach, began operations in Puerto Rico in 1955, marketing industrial tools and ventilation equipment. Oldach Associates Inc. was incorporated on June 27, 1980 as a Manufacturers Representative and a Distributor Company. Based on the vision of the original John Oldach Company we kept the name and develop the concept of the business to be a more complete and accessible to customers. Mr. Giancarlo Brito, President, Mr. Ricardo Puig, Vice-president and Mr. Félix Campos, Treasurer wholly own the 100% of the company and expanded the business that as of today has a Main Office/Warehouse building and eight wholesale stores around the island.
