Founded in 1976 by Arnold R. DeLorenzo, Olde Carriage Realty, Inc. operates out of three offices to better serve St. Augustine and the surrounding communities. Our offices are staffed with paid full-time Managers and Secretaries. Completing over 7,500 transactions since 1976 our average annual sales volume has exceeded many metropolitan located firms and we are very proud of our reputation in both the local and regional real estate markets.
