OLD SCHOOL BAKERY

The office is open 7 days a week, at 7am. The bakery is fully independent and generator protected. Old School Bakery is owner-operated by veteran baker Billy Himmelrich. Billy was trained at the Hotel Ritz in Paris and honed his skills in several Michelin 3-star establishments before returning to the U.S in 1990 to open his first bakery in Baltimore, Maryland. Old School Bakery is an FDA inspected facility. get social
