Oliver's Campers, Inc. has offered families trusted value since 1966. Robert and Shirley Oliver had a passion for the outdoors and camping. That passion grew into a business venture when they started selling Nimrod campers in their front yard. Dinner hour was soon accustomed to sales and customer service. That customer loyalty and appreciation Robert and Shirley instilled in their yard has lasted over 40 years and three generations. The business needed room to grow and in 1971 Robert and Shirley moved their operation and family to Norwich's West Hill. The two took over the responsibilities for the business full time in 1973 with the help of their five children. The business grew over the years and son Jim Oliver took over in 1991. Oliver's Campers, Inc. moved to its current location on Route 12 in 1992. The sense of integrity, respect and gratitude that developed the business has lasted through the generations and is still prevalent today. Every customer is treated the same. Every customer receives the same deal or discount. Every customer receives quality service that is done right the first time. Prices are not inflated. Customers are not hassled. In fact they can browse through the sales lot at their own pace. Our family and staff appreciate every sale and we stand behind every one with our reputation. Many friends have been made over the years and we look forward to making more in the future.
