In business since 1881, today Omaha Beef Company operates out of a 40,000 square foot, state of the art facility that has separate coolers for poultry, pork, boxed beef as well as a separate room for fresh lamb and veal. The plant is a HAACP certified and USDA inspected facility with a newly renovated processing area that allows us to produce superior ground beef, hamburger patties and Italian sausage. As a protein specialist, Omaha Beef offers both custom cuts as well as a dry-aged program. In addition, Omaha Beef offers over 2000 name brand products that range from appetizers to desserts. Over 1000 customers- from prominent country clubs and restaurants to high end grocers- take advantage of our one stop shopping and convenient service: With a fleet of trucks, Omaha Beef Company services customers six days a week with most customers receiving deliveries 3 days a week ensuring the freshest product available.
