OnSite Care
No. OnSite Care makes patient privacy, also known as HIPAA compliance, a top priority. We fundamentally believe in a "firewall" separation of the clinic from your employer. That's why OnSite Care runs and manages its own clinics. We, not your company, employ the physician and staff. How often can my family members or I use the clinic? In general, employees and their dependents can use the clinic as often as needed. Foremost, we want your clinic experience to be so positive that it becomes your "medical home. We take great pride in focusing on your individual needs and concerns, and we always welcome patient feedback. How much does a visit cost? We have a set fee schedule that is deeply discounted for the employee and his or her dependents. Additionally, any testing or services providing in the clinic are also discounted. We publish the clinic costs and discuss out-of-pocket expenses with our patients before we begin. For added convenience, we're able to interface with any health savings accounts directly and will also bill through your insurance claims generated in the clinic. Do I have to pre-schedule an appointment, and how long is the wait? The OnSite clinic functions very similar to other outpatient clinics, but the experience is streamlined. We take walk-in patients, or you can call to schedule same-day visits. Our wait times are short to none. Depending on your health concern, you can be in and out within 20 minutes. And, the doctor's office is just a walk down the hall, so you miss minimal work time. What if I need a service that the clinic doesn't provide? OnSite Care believes in providing a "medical home" for its patients. Having one provider coordinate your care has many benefits, including decreasing duplicate testing. If you need a referral to another provider or facility, our staff can do that. We also follow-up with our patients to check on outcomes and make sure your medicines are safe to take together.
