We're a team of ecommerce specialists based in Leeds and we design, build and manage online stores for a range of retailers both large and small. Your job will be to support our Ecommerce Director in the following tasks: Web analytics A/B and Multivariate testing User testing Customer research Our ideal candidate will have experience of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and an understanding of digital marketing channels and UX principles. You'll be able to translate data into actionable insights and improvements which you'll then help our clients to implement, with support from our creative and development teams. This is a broad role that requires a blend of analytical and creative skills. We expect that you'll be stronger on some points than others, and those that you aren't strongest in we'll help to develop. We will need you to be a quick and motivated learner with a keen eye for detail, and be capable of taking responsibility and ownership for your workload. In time we would see this person taking responsibility and growth for this part of the business.
