Customer Systems is a highly specialized software products and implementation consulting firm operating alongside the suppliers of leading applications software packages. Our original core areas of expertise were in the implementation of Siebel CRM application software available from Oracle Corporation and related BI/reporting tools such as OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) and BI Publisher.
