Ontime Automotive, formerly Arcade Automotive, was originally formed in 1945; The Bidvest Group, a fully listed company on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, became Ontime's major share holder in January 2002 and Ontime has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bidvest since July 2004. Bidvest are an international services, trading and distribution company, listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, South Africa. Bidvest comprises more than 200 companies, employing 103,000 people on 4 continents. The Group achieved pleasing trading results for the Year Ending June 30th 2012: Financial Highlights Revenue increased by 12.7% (Rand 133.5 billion) Trading profit increased by 14.5% (Rand 7 billion) Trading held up reasonably well despite the economic environments being tough, a tribute to the resilience and focus of Bidvest's management. The Group's financial position remains robust and the Group is well-capitalised.
