Oriental Precision & Engineering Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of machineries and equipment for ships. The Company's prime offerings are grouped into four categories: super structures, including funnel and engine casings and deck houses for the shipbuilding industry; hull structures, such as engine room unit blocks, engine room blocks, stern blocks, forecastle decks, car decks and related products; plant and steel structures, including living quarters installed on the ocean structures and equipment of ducts, and machineries, mainly boat lifting and transportation machineries, such as lift-boat davits and winches, engine room cranes, provision cranes and monorail cranes. Its production is carried out at two domestic plants in Busan and Jinhae. On July 1, 2008, the Company established a Singapore-based wholly owned subsidiary ORIENTAL PRECISION & ENGINEERING(SINGAPORE) PTE.,LTD, which is mainly engaged in the ship components operations, marketing, research and development businesses.
