Opel offers the Vivaro-e in three lengths - 4.6 metres (S), 4.95m, (M) and 5.30m (L) - and several body versions, including panel van, crew cab and platform cab. Most versions of the Vivaro-e are only 1.90m high and can therefore enter underground parking. A wide range of assistance systems and advanced technologies are optionally available, including a 180-degree rear-view camera and multimedia infotainment. Useful features such as sensor-controlled sliding doors and FlexCargo load-through provide additional functionality. With 100kW (136hp) and 260 Nm of torque from the electric propulsion system, the Vivaroe offers higher performance than most electric commercial vehicles. The electronically controlled maximum speed of 130 km/h enables Autobahn speed while also preserving the electric range. A sophisticated regenerative braking system, which recovers the energy produced under braking or deceleration, further increases efficiency. The battery located under the load compartment additionally lowers the centre of gravity, which benefits the cornering and wind stability of the Vivaro-e even when it is fully loaded, while also contributing to higher driving pleasure.
