‘electrify everything’ represents the transition to a decentralized and highly distributed electric grid, which is essential to fight climate change. unfortunately, this also creates a massive networking and cybersecurity problem that traditional approaches are not able to solve at scale. after decades in both the solar and telecommunications industries, operant was founded to address this growing problem and enable a smooth transition to renewables, while combating climate change and defending our national security.
