Optichem

Optichem has throughout its proud history, since inception in 1969, enjoyed a reputation for producing and supplying high quality fertilizers to international standards for both smallholder and commercial farmers. The company has the capacity to manufacture over 100,000 tonnes per year of granular and blended NPK fertilizer. Optichem currently provides employment to over 250 people and has nationwide modern warehousing facilities and from these contibution centers supplies fertilizer for all crops grown in Malawi such as Maize, Tobacco, Macadamia, Rice, Coffee, Cotton, Tea, Groundnuts, and many more.
