OPTIMA is a fast growing UK C-IED & Search Capability Development consultancy practice and training provider. Established in 2009 by British Military EOD and Search specialists, OPTIMA was forged to meet the growing demand for new and innovative C-IED (DETECT),C-IED (DESTROY) and Search capabilities required to counter the ever evolving complex threats and security challenges facing Defence and Security organisations. Our consultants have a significant amount of proven experience in delivering C-IED & Search concepts, policy, equipment, training and operational capability for UK Defence and Security. Collectively, our experience ranges from advising, planning and conducting C-IED & Search operations in Afghanistan and in the UK for Counter-Terrorist CBRNE operations, to leading a £120m programme to deliver a Route Proving and Clearance capability.
