Optowell has developed core technology regarding crystal growth, element manufacturing and packages based on GaAs and has also developed Epiwafer (VCSEL, GaAs PIN PD, RCLED). On the basis of such innovations the company has mass-produced hiwh-quality products, such as chips, TO packages and TOSA/ROSA, and supplied them. The wave ranges of VCSEL are 670nm~980nm and the data transfer rate is up to 10Gbps. Optowell has provided 3-inch GaAs VCSEL wafers suitable for oxidation or ion implantation processes and wafers can be applied for 2-dimensional arrays (like 1x4, 1x12 and 2x8).
