Overlack Ltd. was founded in 2011 as daughter company in 100% ownership of company Overlack AG from Germany. Company's main activity is distribution and wholesale of chemicals on markets of Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and other countries of former Yugoslavia. All employees in our company have long-year experience in this activity. In our daily work we are connecting all advantages which we have as members of Overlack group, with our knowledge about markets of our activity and about products, which we purchase for sales requirements on our markets. Our advantage is also history based knowledge of local languages in countries of our sales activities. Products of chemical industry have wide scope of usage in different production industries. Our buyers are producers using chemicals in their production process. We are not selling chemicals in retail and to individual persons.
