Orb takes pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and we stand behind our products. We offer a five year limited warranty on all speaker products and accessories and a one year warranty on all subwoofer amplifiers. Subject to the terms below, that means your speakers, stands, subwoofer cabinet and subwoofer driver are covered by a 5 year warranty and your subwoofer amplifier is covered by a one year warranty. In addition to this generous warranty period, our warranty is superior to other warranties: (1) No hidden costs. The Orb warranty includes both parts and labor, as well as return shipping of the repaired item from Orb to the customer (US only). This means there are no hidden costs...you pay to send the equipment back to us, and we cover the entire cost of repair or replacement plus the cost of return shipping to you. Other speaker companies cover labor only for a limited portion of the warranty and can charge you for replacing a part that is covered by warranty. Also, very few other companies pay any portion of the shipping. (2) Free lifetime technical support. Even after our five year warranty period, your purchase always includes free lifetime technical support. This means we will never charge you for technical support on the phone or via email, even if your warranty period has passed. The detailed terms of our warranty are below. Warranties on receivers, DVD players and other third-party equipment are provided by the original manufacturers only. Orb Mod1 and Mod2 products are warranted by Orb Audio LLC against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for five (5) years from the date of purchase. All subwoofer products are warranted by Orb Audio LLC against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for five (5) years from the date of purchase, however the warranty period for all subwoofer amplifiers is one (1) year.
