And we're passionate about food. We believe in sourcing the produce used in our delicious dishes as locally and ethically as possible. Our location in the heart of the beautiful Scottish Borders means we have a wealth of fresh, seasonal produce right on our doorstep. We have partnerships with fishermen, farmers, growers and artisan producers galore and know exactly where to go to get the finest ingredients, just for you. We know that every one of our clients is different so each event and menu is specifically tailored for their needs.
