Origin Engineering

Origin Engineering LLC is a consulting firm specializing in automotive accident reconstruction and biomechanical injury analysis. Together the principals Jarrod Carter, Ph.D. and John Habberstad, Ph.D., P.E. have more than 30 years of experience in the field. Origin Engineering LLC was established on July 1, 2003. The company arose out of the long time collaboration of its founder Jarrod Carter and his mentor John Habberstad. John Habberstad began reconstructing car crashes in the early 70's. He can trace his lineage in the field through his mentor James Collins, Ph.D. one of the fathers of modern accident reconstruction.
