Orrell Opticians

Im anxious about eye tests at the best of times, and recently panicked as I struggled to see. I found everyone in Orrell Opticians to be warm and friendly. My eye test with Ashley was very thorough, and he explained everything. All in all, I had an amazing experience! I went fearing what might be found, to leaving feeling calm despite needing a cataract operation! People recommend the well-known mainstream opticians, but I wanted to go somewhere less like a conveyor belt. I don't like to feel rushed! I found Orrell Opticians to be very caring and wanted to genuinely help me. From the moment I sat down with Ashley, he allowed me time to talk and was very patient throughout the test. The test was very comprehensive, with lots of new equipment. I was in constant pain and very unhappy due to ingrowing eyelashes. The hospital could not see me due to lockdown, so I went to Orrell Opticians. The people at Orrell Opticians were very professional and treated me with a protective contact lens to stop my eye pain. I was overjoyed to find instant relief after months of pain. I felt very reassured by the attention I received from Christine & Liz. I was able to watch TV & read easily again and get on with life with one less worry. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!
