Ortac's location in the Island of Jersey permits them to offer aircraft Principals a unique alternative to Part NCC, allowing clients to retain their existing operational structures and current flexibility whilst still meeting the same safety and compliance standards. This unique solution enables a smooth continuation of operation and significant savings, as there is no requirement to retrain crews or engage personnel to fulfil management roles associated with the new regulation. Ortac deliver a credible and real operational management solution for owners and operators of aircraft from their base in Jersey and assume responsibility for the provision of Nominated Airworthiness Technical Representation, Safety Management, Flight Operations Representation, Compliance Monitoring and Accountable Manager Representation. These services are rendered by experienced professionals who are known to and accepted by the various aircraft registries as suitable persons to fulfil these roles. Ortac is in the exclusive position of being able to supply a real, commercially active flight operations management company from an offshore base with credible individuals able to provide the required Post-Holder Functions. The offering will therefore provide clients with a credible and tangible offshore operator, as opposed to a "brass plate" solution to the operational requirements. Ortac also provides services and expertise in wealth structuring and management in connection with aviation.
