O'Shanter Development

O'Shanter Development Company is a family-owned and -managed property management and development firm. Adam and Jonathan Krehm now manage the company their father, William, founded in Toronto in 1955. O'Shanter has its roots as a small housing business localized in the central Toronto. The business slowly expanded and shifted its focus to rental apartments. The company has further developed and currently has interests in a diverse portfolio that includes the management and ownership of commercial properties, rental apartments, and single unit housing .
