Ositran
OSITRAN is the Supervisory Board for Investment in Public Transport Infrastructure. It is a public and decentralized entity attached to the Office of the President of the Council of Ministers with administrative, functional, technical, economic and financial autonomy. Its overall scope is to regulate, issue rules, supervise and control the behavior of markets where the services providers operate, as well as to enforce the concession contracts, protecting the interests of the Peruvian State from the investors and users, in an impartial and objective basis.
