Olympus Technologies, Inc. (OTI) is an Oregon based corporation with marketing, sales, and engineering offices located in Salt Lake City, UT. It was formed to supply process equipment and services in the North American municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment markets. OTI it is composed of individuals and affiliate companies with significant experience in the target markets. The key marketing, sales, manufacturing, design, and engineering personnel have extensive experience working in the related markets. We have developed innovative designs and arranged key partnerships with installing contractors on such products as steel domed-shaped covers used in municipal anaerobic digestion processes. Our marketing effort is focused on this anaerobic digestion equipment market segment with emphasis on custom designs specific for unique site installation requirements. OTI has developed partnerships to assist in the supply of complete systems. Related anaerobic digestion process equipment such as boilers, heat exchangers, gas handling and safety equipment, digester mixers, etc. can be provided by OTI. We will use our expertise in these products and processes to provide growth and to add complimentary technologies and products in the future through design innovations, licenses, and / or acquisitions. Our personnel have post graduate engineering degrees in the structural, civil, and environmental engineering fields and have professional engineering licenses. Our manufacturing and fabrication shop personnel are certified by the American Welding Society (AWS) and can provide special inspection, such as ICBO, for its products. Our personnel have been involved in the design and manufacturing of steel digester covers and mixers for more than 25 years. We believe we have more design and manufacturing experience related to anaerobic digestion equipment than any other equipment company currently supplying digestion equipment. We plan to use our design expertise and manufacturing ability to become the leader in the supply of anaerobic digestion tank steel covers and related equipment. We expect to be a major water and wastewater treatment process equipment supplier in the future by providing quality equipment, quality services, and solutions to specific customer related needs. In summary, OTI offers: Strong technical and commercial experience in water and wastewater processes and equipment design, services and supply. Ability to assist consultants in providing design information, equipment layout and specifications. Project management and ability to maintain or improve schedules for equipment delivery following proposal acceptance through contract conclusion with the installing contractors. Ability to assist the client, consulting engineer, and installing contractors to project conclusion including installation, equipment inspection, start-up services, and performance testing if required.
