On-Target manages 8 stockrooms and is responsible for multiple onsite dock operations at Texas Instruments, including 28,000 active SKU's and deliveries. We provide direct supply chain support to Texas Instrument's core chip manufacturing process and have designed operating models that are currently being used to improve efficiency within Texas Instruments operations. Currently, On-Target employs over 60 full-time employees located at Texas Instruments whose daily tasks include expediting orders, materials handling and inventory management. On-Target's Madison Central Logistics Center is the company's supply chain activity hub. Various distribution services are executed during multiple shifts to satisfy the requirements of major corporations and healthcare organizations throughout the region. In addition to the customized distribution services managed by OTSL, multiple third party carriers assist the company in meeting the domestic and international transportation demands of our customers. The Madison Central Logistics Center manager's responsibilities include the supervision of well trained employees, the use of distribution technologies, and the management of customer service that meets the quality demands of the company's internal and external clients. When visiting On-Target's Madison Central location, expect to see the coordination of transportation, warehousing, inventory control, packaging and kitting, distribution and second market management. On-Target is responsible for providing Oncor with outsourced electrical distribution equipment repair and handling services. Employees provide these services at the SES facility, EHS operation and nine North Texas service centers. Over the years, the services provided to Oncor have been characterized by cost efficiency, customer satisfaction and safety. On-Target has 44 employees assigned to Oncor to provide transformer inventory management and control, 24-hour service call responsibility, waste management support, dedicated transportation of transformers to and from the SES facility and testing, repair and refurbishment of transformers.
