OurProperty started life in 2013 under the name of OurTradie, a cloud hosted SaaS platform that was designed to streamline the maintenance issues in the Property Management ecosphere. OurTradie was a product that brought together the various parties in one easy-to-use platform where property maintenance jobs could be requested, quoted, approved, executed, checked and paid. he result was that the Property Manager saved a huge amount of time, the Tenant could make requests instantly, the Landlord could review and approve, and the Tradie could now run their whole business using the app, from quotes to job execution then onto invoicing and accounts. As OurTradie built deeper relationships with the Property Management industry we developed a wide range of tools that allowed property managers to use their existing trust account product while accessing a suite of up to the minute management tools that helped them run their business. In 2017 the OurProperty brand was born and with it a deep commitment to utilise technology to develop state-of-the-art Property Management products for the industry. Our goal is simple, to constantly innovate and to develop products that Property Managers lust after. OurProperty prides itself on counting as clients some of the largest and best run Property Management businesses in Australia.
