Steve Dickie established Outcome Delivery Consulting (ODC) Ltd in 2010 to provide consultancy services to clients focused on change leadership, programme management, capability development, business transformation, benefits realisation and cost rationalisation to achieve successful outcome delivery. ODC has collaborated with a network of Consultants & Associates to provide broader specialist expertise and consultancy services for Clients in: portfolio optimisation; implementing agile working practices; information governance & EDRMS; process redesign & automation: shared services; capability building, & training. As a result of this successful collaboration, Steve has established Outcome Delivery Network Ltd, to provide specialist expertise support to Clients from a group of consultants who will link their income to the benefits delivered for Clients.
