Outer Aisle Gourmet
Founded in 2013, Outer Aisle® was created by CEO and Founder Jeanne David, the first woman to make cauliflower bread her business with veggie-based Sandwich Thins and Pizza Crusts. The idea for a deliciously gluten-free, low-carb, low-glycemic, veggie-packed bread alternative came about after Jeanne and her husband decided to make a healthy lifestyle change, cutting out sugar and processed carbohydrates from their diets. Jeanne's goal when creating Outer Aisle was to make a nutrient-dense product that can be enjoyed with her favorite foods including sandwiches, burgers, and pizza, but without the carb crashes or detrimental health effects.
