Overture Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company. The Company was formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share capital exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more operating businesses. The Company’s efforts in identifying a target business are not limited to a particular industry or geography. The Company is in development stage.
