Oxford BioChronometrics
Oxford Biochronometrics was founded by Adrian Neal, a former Software Engineering Masters' graduate and Cryptographics expert with over 25 years experience in IT, Banking and Security. In his spare time, he researches the encryption schemes of the Second World War, and is currently attempting to decrypt a recently discovered, WWII pigeon-borne encrypted message, published in a press release by GCHQ. The Oxford Biochronometrics story began 2012 when former post-graduate researchers at the University of Oxford took the decision to develop and commercialise their research. Later that year, Oxford Biochronometrics was established as a venture within the Isis innovation software incubator and the work of building a new business began. Isis Innovation Ltd was established by Oxford University in 1988 as its wholly-owned technology transfer company. Together with technology transfer, Isis also manages consultancy between university researchers and external clients as well as providing its own consultancy services in innovation management to clients around the world.
