Oyster Island prides itself of using where possible only locally sourced and island grown fresh organic produce, sustainable locally caught seafood, and 100% organic world famous beef. Our menu traverses both local and western dishes, with a focus on our daily menu additions highlighting the best possible items at that time. Menu Addition's board changes daily, even numerous times throughout the day depending on what farmers and fisherman bring direct to the island, or what has been picked from our island organic gardens.
