At Ozark Health, we are very concerned with the quality of care our patients receive. The Ozark Health Quality Department's primary goal is to support the main focus of Ozark Health Inc.; providing outstanding healthcare to all, always. It's a simple enough statement, but it involves a complicated concert of healthcare professionals in every healthcare field. Our department is responsible for the provision of infection control, customer service, employee education, high quality care, professional improvement, and compliance with all required healthcare regulations; not only in the hospital, but also in the nursing center. We do not look at these regulations as mandatory restrictions or demands. Rather, we see them as standards of excellence which we aim to exceed. We welcome community input, both criticism and praise. It is upon the willingness to accept and learn from both that we can build a strong foundation of trust and cooperation, and a structure that will house enough skill and compassion to continue providing the highest level of care.
