PMGI's Founder, President, and CEO, Chuck Roberts, has set a high standard for the level of service we provide to clients. Chuck is able to assist firms with a wide range of issues because he has a uniquely strong combination of marketing, sales, and operational management skills, backed by strong analytical problem solving capabilities. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and has 30 years of experience in the professional services industry, and two years of experience working for a Fortune 200 manufacturing firm. His professional experience has included working at firms ranging from less than $5 million to over $3 billion in annual revenue, and serving in roles that have included Corporate Director of Business Development, COO, and CEO. In fulfilling the responsibilities of these roles, he has gained strategic planning, turnkey acquisition, divestiture, and startup experience, and has served as a change agent for several firms. Chuck's business development and operational knowledge, combined with his superior presentation skills, have resulted in him being a frequently requested speaker and author. He has delivered 11 presentations to professional organizations to date in 2012, and presents information in a highly entertaining, motivating, and inspirational style that is perfect for leadership meetings, conferences, training sessions, and professional organization programs. He has also had more than 40 articles published in 2011 and 2012, and is the author of A/E/C Megatrends: The Path to Competitive Advantage, published by the American Council of Engineering Companies in April 2012.
