Pacific Die Cut Industries
Pacific Die Cut Industries opened its doors in 1989 in an attempt to fill a void in the Bay Area's custom automotive converting requirements for Toyota and General Motors, who were eagerly searching for suppliers who could provide just-in-time delivery, quality parts and dependable service. Very quickly, we became a top tier supplier to their global operations and today, we remain a steady supplier of hundreds of integral components in the industry's most popular vehicles. In 2005, Pacific Die Cut Industries launched a separate medical division created to properly segregate and service the rapidly growing market segment for the company, who had serviced the biomedical markets since 1994. We have constructed thousands of square feet of Class 10,000 cleanroom/dry room space, equipped with temperature and humidity controls and an ultraviolet filtration system, making PDCI Medical the supplier of choice for critical clinical and surgical components, diagnostic test kits and pharmaceutical applications for companies across the United States and beyond. In 2011, PDCI Automotive LLC. was launched in Lebanon, Kentucky to improve strategic supplier advantage to new and existing automotive contracts in the Midwest. The 30,000sq. ft. facility is equipped with new, state-of-art converting equipment to provide quality products. PDCI Automotive supplies Just-In-Time components to a variety of OEMs. In addition to working with raw material suppliers, PDCI Automotive has developed proprietary material solutions for vehicles that deliver cost, weight, and performance improvements to our customers. We were among the first die cutters in the Bay Area to receive ISO certification, and we continue to lead the competition in reaching the highest possible quality standards. Today, Pacific Die Cut Industries is the chosen converter for fabricated parts for ground breaking start-ups to global corporations, receiving numerous supplier awards and leading the way to higher quality certifications. PDCI is recognized as a company with a balance of big corporation, market-proven experience with small corporation customer attention. We attribute our success to the encouragement of employee involvement and first class customer care. Steady double-digit growth each year has given Pacific Die Cut Industries the credibility and reputation of a reliable source of quality contract manufacturing.
