The company provides residential, commercial, retail and industrial property throughout the country. The division was originally established to manage the Steamships group's internal needs, but today over 74% of its business is conducted with external clients. PacificPalms Property oversees building and land assets in Port Moresby, Lae, Madang, Wewak, Goroka, Mt. Hagen, Popondetta and Rabaul. The division currently holds a total lettable space of 10, 739m2 of commercial property 180, 671m2 of industrial property, 18, 904m2 of retail property and 17, 785m2 of residential property (compromising 100 units in total).
