Pacific LightWave presently operates multiple fiber optic and Gigabit microwave rings encircling Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage, primarily consisting of fiber optics with an interim microwave deployment in advance of our fiber build. This provides suitable bandwidth to accommodate our present customer base with enough excess bandwidth capability for many years of growth. Our network rides carrier-class transport hardware provided by leading vendors within the industry. Our network architecture is a proven, redundant design with diverse physical routing at various levels to prevent a single point of failure. Many safeguards are in place to monitor and control traffic flow insuring critical services are prioritized. Our network performance is monitored 24/7/365 to achieve 99.999% uptime.
