PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY, a.s. is a traditional and dynamic Czech company with a leading position on the Czech engineering market and a significant presence on foreign markets. The company manufactures complex technological and process units of high-grade stainless steel and copper for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries and agriculture. The new era of the company began in 1991, when PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY, joint stock company, Pacov, was founded, but the history of production in PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY dates back to 1876. PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY is the largest local employer in the town of Pacov and the surrounding area. The company employs 210 people and its turnover in 2013 was CZK 290 million. PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY holds several Czech and international certificates, including ISO, TÜV, ASME, NB, GOST and Germanischer Lloyd. PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY, a.s. is a private company wholly owned by the SAFICHEM GROUP since May 2013. Other members of this strong group are CHEMOPROJECT NITROGEN, a.s., Chemoprojekt, a.s., SAFINA, a.s., Technoexport, a.s. and VUAB Pharma, a.s., which operate in the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries and the processing of precious metals.
