Pacific Railway Enterprises, Inc. (PRE) in operations since May 1994, provides an array of services to our clients. PRE's staff have amassed an impressive accumulation of railroad communications and signal expertise in the areas of railroad freight, light rail, commuter and transit signal design, inspection, construction management and maintenance services. PRE was formed to provide signal and train control design and inspections services for railroads and agencies located in the state of California.
