He is a licensed and certified contractor in the State of Florida. He gathered his extensive knowledge while working for large national builders, where he was in charge of up to eight construction supervisors and up to 400 construction sites at the same time. His ability to coordinate the work of subcontractors in a smooth and perfectly timed manner was evident when he built an entire home in only five days for the TV show "Extreme Home Makeover."
