• The PHA Board of Directors establishes Voting Districts (usually comprised of several regimes in a contiguous geographic area with similar characteristics), each of which districts is entitled to elect one director on the PHA Board. • The Presidents of regimes comprising a Voting District proceed to elect their director to the PHA Board of Directors to represent that district. The PHA director is elected to a term of three years and may not be elected to serve more than two consecutive terms.
