Palmer Petroleum

Palmer Petroleum, Inc. was founded in 1977 in Shreveport, LA by geologist John T. Palmer for the purpose of assembling wildcat drilling prospects in the upper gulf coast region of East Texas, North Louisiana, South Arkansas, Mississippi, and Alabama. The company has discovered numerous oil and gas fields over the decades and is a well-established operator in this region. In order to take advantage of the current market conditions, Palmer Energy Resources, LLC was formed to pursue low risk opportunities with a focus on the prolific midcontinent region. PER has established a technical office in Tulsa, OK for the purpose of performing property evaluations for the company.
