Parabis Investigations has expanded rapidly since being founded in February 1995. Having passed our tenth anniversary, we are stronger, focused and more confident than ever before. Business has progressed from a dedicated MIB claims handling unit to a nationwide claims investigation and handling service used by most major insurers, solicitors and MIB. We recognise the need to evolve with the industry and have a strong combination of youthful enthusiasm and a wealth of technical experience enabling us to succeed. Our team are our major asset and we have recognised this fact by applying for and achieving the Investors in People standard. Transparency of Company Policy and goals along with strong training initiatives are key factors that we endorse. We are making significant investment in IT hardware and software to enable us to transact business digitally and are continually working on system upgrades to improve performance. Our objective is to be more web focussed for speed and efficiency. We are committed to steamlining all internal office procedures and have recently achieved ISO 9001 2000, a government approved quality standard (see below). The steps we are taking will reflect in an increase in service and quality without the anticipated price rise.
