Paragon utilizes LAW and Ricoh Scanner technology to deliver perfect images every time. Our production centers are designed to capture millions of pages each month. Scanning services include three levels of quality control, document prep & reassembly, customized prep sheets, folder description, and physical or logical document determination. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) allows scanned images to become text based files and allows users to search for key words or phrases. These files can be used in today's popular document management systems such as Dataflight's Concordance®, JFS Litigator's Notebook®, Summation®, Ringtail, Introspect, and others. Our Account Executives will meet with your team to develop a tailored coding manual. We provide standard bibliographic and in-text coding which can be done both at our facility and off-shore. We can also create customized prep sheets that can capture up to 120 fields.
