Paraguay Investments is a real estate and consulting firm based out of Asunción, Paraguay. We facilitate the acquisition and sale of income-producing real estate. We also consult in the areas of internationalization, strategic planning, entrepreneurship, precious metals, and real estate concerns. Ludger J. Borger is President and CEO of Paraguay Investments. He is highly skilled in business and entrepreneurship. He owned and managed a regional newspaper and advertising agency from 1993 to 1998 in Muenster Germany. From 2008 to 2009 he co-owned a precious metals brokerage company out of Fort Worth, Texas. Ludger has recognized the risks in many investments and after living on three different continents sought out Paraguay as a safe and green alternative for investing your capital. He is licensed as a real estate agent and broker and has passed the Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisors Law exam as well as the Series 3 National Commodity Futures exam. He is also licensed in life and health insurance and has extensive experience in all fields. Ludger currently resides in Asunción, Paraguay and travels frequently throughout North America and Europe. He is married and has seven children with his wife Sarah. Mariano Avila is Operations Manager for South America. He is a native of Paraguay and is fluent in both English and Spanish, as well as Guarani, the native language of Paraguay. He is a graduate of the National University of Asunción and has extensive managerial experience. In addition, he worked as a personal assistant to the Paraguayan senator, Marcelo Duarte throughout 2007. Mariano currently resides with his wife, Marta in Asunción. Troy McAnarney is Operations Manager for North America. He is an entrepreneur and founder of XLP Fuel Additive, a company within the energy industry. From 2005 to 2009 he was the manager of a retail business and was amongst the top sales performers within his field. As of 2009 he is licensed in life and health insurance, as well as property and casualty insurance. Troy currently resides with his wife Larissa in Eau Claire Wisconsin and they have four children.
