Since our formation, we have managed to sustain a solid record of growth while maintaining consistent profitability. Initially PARC Specialty Contractors specialized in asbestos abatement contracting and hazardous waste transportation. In 1992, PARC diversified into other forms of Hazardous Substance remediation. PARC's corporate offices have always been in Fresno Ca. In 1987, we opened our first affiliate branch office in the San Francisco Bay Area and in 1992 a second affiliate branch was opened in Sacramento Ca.
