The company was founded some 30 years ago by David Potts and Bryan Mullarkey and the c...ompany has now grown to be a well-respected provider of software systems to the Leisure Industry. Capabilities embrace software development, customer support services, IT infrastructure services, business development and administration. History Although now entirely dedicated to the Holiday & Residential Parks industry, the company first made its name as the leading supplier of software to the financial regulation sector. Virtually every financial institution you could name has been regulated using software developed by the Potts Mullarkey partnership. The major regulators had their Membership, Disciplinary and Compliance systems developed by our team. In banking there was IMRO, high street insurance brokers had FIMBRA and the insurance companies fell under LAUTRO. As regulation became ever more complex we saw the creation of the Personal Investment Authority (PIA), then in the early 2000s the merging of all the disparate bodies into the Financial Services Authority. All these bodies used Potts Mullarkey for their membership monitoring systems. Alongside our work in the finance sector another industry also turned to us for our software development skill, it was that of Holiday Parks. Some of the largest operators in the United Kingdom, including Bourne Leisure, ParkDean and Park Resorts (now the same company ParkDean Resorts) are users of our software which is tailored and developed to suit each of their subtle differences. With the knowledge we have gained of the industry and our deep involvement with park operators we are also able to offer the independent group operator a proven packaged solution known as ParcVu.
