PPCH, Inc. currently operates one Group Home setting, Kelly's Place. The home is owned by PPCH, Inc. and has 24-hour rotating staff, who are employees of PPCH. Kelly's Place staff provide full care and supervision to the consumers in the home while promoting a family style living environment. Staff is responsible for ensuring that basic daily health and safety needs are met, but also ensure that the consumers living here are included in social activities and community outings. Kelly's Place is licensed by the State of Colorado, Department of Public Health and Environment. The Health Facilities Program Director at PPCH routinely monitors Kelly's Place to supervise the staff and ensure that the needs of the consumers are being met. At this time, Parker Personal Care Homes, Inc. is at full capacity at Kelly's Place.
