Parker Planning Services Ltd. is a specialist, qualified and experienced Town and Country Planning Consultancy dealing with planning consultancy, planning application, development, ecology and related projects throughout the whole of the UK. Our offices are Located in Norfolk and Suffolk. We also offer a wide range of other professional services, such as Neighbourhood Plans, Environmental Impact Assessments, Land Promotion, Ecology and many more services. In addition to our normal services, we take pride in the fact that many clients come to us in situations where other consultancies have failed. We have an exceptionally high success rate and deal with the full range of major and minor planning applications, appeals, advice and developments. The Director of Parker Planning Services is Jason Parker. Prior to PPS Jason worked within the planning departments for various Councils within Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire as a Planning Officer, Consultant and Senior Planner. Jason has also worked within the private sector as a Planning Consultant for a large national multi-disciplinary company as well as a senior renewable energy consultant. His last role was as the 'Principal Development Management Planner' and Team Leader at Breckland District Council, Norfolk. Our Planning Team all have planning related professional qualifications and specific planning experience. Our Principal Planner Viv Bebbington works alongside Jason Parker managing the Planning Team and each dealing with their own range of major projects. Viv is a Chartered Planner, with a wealth of experience totalling over 27 years within the private and public sectors. Both Jason and Viv, as qualified and experienced planners are well regarded within the planning industry. Our Ecology Team are all members of Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management with a wide variety of professional experience, as well as professional qualifications within the Ecology field.
