We cater for cats, dogs, rabbits and most small furries & exotics and have created as soothing an environment as possible for our patients and their owners. Upon arrival at any of our branches or the hospital you will be greeted by a member of the client care team and it is their job to ensure that you experience the very best in care and attention - and that is just you. For our patients we have large and airy kennels, two dedicated operating theatres, a dental suite, an x-ray suite and an isloation unit. We also have an in-house laboratory staffed by bio-medical scientists whose aim is to provide the vets with the most accurate results in the fastest possible time. All told, our techical capability is simply there to ensure that clients face the minimum of inconvenience and that our patients have immediate access to the care they need. Our appointments run from early till late and we are open throughout the weekend. And bank holidays are just another working day for Parkvets. Our dog exercise yard is large and outdoors and our bigger dogs have the benefit of walk-in kennels. Cats on the other hand prefer the separate and quiet cages in which to rest and recuperate. Most importantly, we have a team of over 20 nurses tending to our patients 24/7. Our guests are never without supervision and they remain with us throughout their stay. Many other practices out-source their out-of-hours service meaning that owners have to transport their poorly pets to unfamiliar areas and that in-patients have to be ferried back and forth on a daily basis. Nearly all our staff own pets themselves and are as besotted with their furry family member as you are. They understand the anxiety you will experience when you are away from your pet and that their welfare is your primary concern. This understanding is at the heart of everything we do, and everything we offer.
