Etion Create hereby agrees and undertakes that it will not disclose your personally identifiable information to anyone without your prior written permission, unless the information is already in the public domain. Etion Create furthermore agrees and undertakes not to contact your clients and/or customers directly without your prior permission, while you are contracted to promote, market and sell Etion Create's products. Etion Create accepts liability for any damages that you may suffer as a result of a wilful or grossly negligent breach by Etion Create of its obligations in terms of this policy. In no event, however, will Etion Create be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages.
